Harry Redknapp and Fabio Capello were included in a wish list of candidates to be the new director of Russia.

The Russian Football Union (RFU) has launched an ambitious man 13 list, which also includes the former Barcelona coach Pep Guardiola, which seeks to replace Dick Advocaat.

Advocaat announced before the disappointing Euro 2012 campaign in Russia, unable to reach the knockout stages, which would move to PSV Eindhoven for next season.

Guardiola has repeatedly said it would take a year off after choosing not to renew his contract of Barcelona.
