Mitting

judge, sitting at the Special Commission of Immigration Appeals (SIAC) in London, warned of "threats from Al-Qaeda" franchises Qatada and spring, including a Spanish judge described as Osama bin Laden right-hand man in Europe.

Qatada, held in Belmarsh high security prison, was not in court to hear the judge's decision that keeps in custody was therefore "necessary and proportionate". Mitting said "sinister" elements "spoke vehemently, giving rise to concerns ... to give effective support to escape." He stated that no threat Qatada could be blamed, but the court "can not ignore".

set the date for the appeal against the deportation of Qatada to October 8, Mitting indicated the possibility that the case is resolved after a period of time "unfortunate", and the obvious determination of the Secretary of Interior to deport him, meant the 51-year-old was a greater risk of theft before.

US job market recovery stalled in March, halting streak of major gains

Employers added only 120,000

jobs last month, well below estimates, the unemployment rate back to 8.2%

Recovering U.S. job market stagnated in March, adding only 120,000 jobs, according to the Labor Department, well below the figures for most economists predict summer.

United States

227,000 jobs added in February, and economists expect that this would be the fourth consecutive month that the economy has created over 200,000 jobs. Before the release of economists in a Bloomberg News payroll survey forecast to increase by 205,000 in March.

fall will be disappointing for President Barack Obama, who has put the economic recovery at the heart of his reelection campaign.

The unemployment rate, which is obtained by a separate survey of U.S. households, marked by a tenth of a percentage point to 8.2%, but the decline is partly due to the less Americans search of work.

The figures come as a surprise after yesterday's news that the number of Americans applying for unemployment benefits fell last week to a minimum of four years.

Mitt Romney, the Republican presidential candidate is expected this week accused President damage the U.S. economy to hide their true intentions of voters. "With all the challenges facing the country, this is not the time for hiding and hunting campaign of President Obama," he said.

The unemployment rate fell again, but still a problem for Obama. It was 7.8% when he took office in January 2009 and reached 10% after nine months. It has now fallen to 8.3%, its lowest level in three years, but no president since Franklin Delano Roosevelt was re-elected with unemployment over 7.2%.

investors will have to wait until Monday to respond to new. U.S. stock markets were closed Friday for Easter and Passover.

Afghan Taliban 'have loya jirga security plan'

Afghan Government rejects the claim, saying "false" are documents Taliban attempt to intimidate participants in conversations

The Afghan Taliban say they have acquired security plans for the next national meeting, a request that the government has dismissed as a ploy to intimidate participants.

The Taliban boasted on its website that it had obtained maps and documents to enable them to launch precision attacks on traditional Afghan Loya Jirga, or Grand Assembly, to be held this month in the capital. The petition alleged that he obtained the security plans insurgents embedded within the government.

Previously, the Taliban has warned that his fighters should focus on each person involved in the jirga, which was held to discuss the future of the United States in Afghanistan Strategic Partnership Agreement and reconciliation efforts with the Taliban.

a copy of the message to the Taliban was released Sunday night by SITE Intelligence Group, a U.S. organization that monitors extremist websites.

Afghan officials have strongly rejected the request. "It is not our plan," said a spokesman for the intelligence service, Latifullah Mashal on Monday. "The plan that we have developed - and we have seen - is 100% different from that which was sent to the media."

Taliban fighters wearing suicide vests fired at the tent now 1,500 dignitaries, lawmakers and civil society activists, triggering a battle with security forces that killed at least two militants. Three civilians, but no delegates, were wounded.

In addition, the U.S. military said a man captured during an operation in eastern Afghanistan nearly three weeks died in police custody.
Central Command said the detainee had been receiving medical care since he was taken Oct. 25 in Kunar province. No details on their injuries or illnesses. He was detained in a detention center in Bagram, north of Kabul airport nearby.
