Afghan Taliban 'have loya jirga security plan'

The Afghan Taliban say they have acquired security plans for the next national meeting, a request that the government has dismissed as a ploy to intimidate participants.

The Taliban boasted on its website that it had obtained maps and documents to enable them to launch precision attacks on traditional Afghan Loya Jirga, or Grand Assembly, to be held this month in the capital.
